Meet the team.

Matthew Sutch.

Fruit Commercial Manager.

Sophisticated business analyst. He has responsibility for category management of top fruit, soft fruit and specialist fruit items. Matt is great at developing relationships with primary producers and developing the supply chain.

Ben Aspeslagh.

Technical Manager.

He holds a senior management role after joining the company as an A.A.T apprentice. Ensures Proctor & Associates meets customer expectations, promoting performance improvement and quality and to meet legislation in order to promote a perfect supply chain. An ambitious young guy who is a very capable procurement, manager and marketing professional.

George Proctor.

Director / Horticulture Commercial Manager.

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing new marketing strategies with the senior management team. Also leads the Horticulture department, working with a number of growers to supply the best quality flowers available.

Adam Gray.

Administration Assistant.

Adam started as an A.A.T. student and has grown with the business. His duties include sales order processing and bookkeeping.

Jason Keeble.

Administration Assistant.

Jason started work as a student on an A.A.T. course. He drives the sales order process and many more bookkeeping and accounts disciplines.

Mark Proctor.

Quality & Logistics Manager.

40 years production experience, including contracts in Germany. Mark is involved with procurement, process management and quality assurance.

Deane Proctor.

Managing Director.

Deane has been Managing Director since 2003.

A visionary leader who has developed a supply chain to enable the consumer to have the very best quality and value with no-nonsense. Production experience for over 35 years with a real passion to co-operate with producers and customers to produce the very best results.

Dave Sauntson.

Vegetable Commercial Manager.

Is leading the vegetable department and knows many British growers. He is able to develop and manage a supply chain, which produces excellent results. Dave has production experience and until recently owned his own wholesale business. Dave as a senior manager is also involved with the import and export of all the items that the company markets.

Sam Proctor.


A Director with farming experience and 25 years at Marks & Spencer’s. Most recently working in a senior HR. role. Sam coaches the members of the team and ensures that processes are in place to enable the company to be at the cutting edge within its field.
